At time I maintained account at King On Bank I did not
any other account. During period I was collecting money end banking money and assisting my elder brother, I had no other duties. I do not know what my brother was doing during that period.

I have been to the stalls for purposes other than collecting money. Sometimes I went there to gamble - all the stalls. I have been to opium stall in Ma Shan for purpose of "washing the floor" asking operator to stop running the stall, because of investigation sometimes by C & I Department, by various Government departments in general. got this information as someone from the Club would ring me up. The
club is at Electric Road. I have been to the club in Electric Road sometimes.

When I went there there would be Uncle Wah there. I can't remember the names of the others who went there. Only 2 persons were working there one is Uncle Wah. I can't remember the name of those men. I don't know who Uncle Wab worked for. When I was telephoned from Electric Road Club I would be on 7/F of Kam Ping Lau in Kam Ping Street. Uncle Wah rang me up when I was in Kam Ping Street. The period during which I would go to opium divan for purpose of "floor washing" varied. I cannot remember the number of times I went there. Aside from going there, I would telephone them to give them information esking them to stop the stall. Apart from telephoning Ma Shen Stall I telephoned many times to other stalls to stop their activities illegal gambling stalls.
