Mr. Sceats: Mr. Donnelly has had some difficulty in tracing a file which Lefence referred. Advice sought by Commissioner of folice where issue of privilege might arise in case of the file. It might be some time before Mr. Donnelly may be recalled for cross-examination.

already made a statement to ICAC.
