(After reading statement.)
When I was in Causeway Bay I had purchased bank drafts on
several occasions. I don't remember the dates and I have
forgotten about them.
But this reads as if it were the first occasion?
I purchased bank drafts for the first time only a few days after I was transferred there.
Do you agree with me that statement reads as if it was the
1st occasion?
I cannot remember clearly. Whenever he told me to purchase bank drafts I did so. I remember during my stay in Causeway Bay I purchased bank drafts 3 or 4 times.
Statement reads as if it was the 1st occasion?
Here it mentions about a month later after I followed Ma Hak Shing in Causeway Bay it would cause a period of 10 odd days but the 1st occasion occurred a few days after my transfer there.
Do you agree that statement reads as if it were the 1st
occasion?
I do not agree.
When did you first tell ICAC officer about the 1st, occasion?
I can't remember.
Will you try?
I still cannot recall.
Was it after you had come to Court the 1st day?
