Manager, Mr. Suen. He told the manager Mr. Cheng wanted to open an account and the manager introduced me to a member of the bank staff surnamed Cheng and manager told me to contact Mr. Cheng in future. I signed a document to open a bank account. (Document show to witness). I signed this form. (Exh. PP32). I don't know what

this document is for. My savings account passbook is in this name. The name Cheng Leung is the name used in my savings pass book. (Exh. PP32A- translation of PP32). (Translation of application for drafts Exh. PP3CA). (Translation of application for draft Exh. PP22 C & D). When I opened savings account I received a

book. I can't remember that I received from the bank. I received

a red book, a savings pass book. The savings book was destroyed by Ma Hak Shing. I maintained the account in name of Cheng Leung

for about a month. There were deposits of about $300,000 in that account. I made withdrawals regularly on Ha Hak Shing's instructions. Withdrawals

were always made in cash. I handed the money to Ma Hak Shing.
