I used to go there every day and collected about $450
every day. There was another stall in a wooden hut near Wing Wah
Theatre at the Waterfront in Shaukiwan. The name of proprietor was
Chu Po Chuen and the nature of the business was that of a gambling
stall. I went there every day and collected a little over $400 per
day. I went to Chai Wan in a wooden mut the address of which I
cannot remember. The person in control of this hut is surnamed Mak.
It is a gambling stall - paai kaau and fan tan. I went there once а
monti. I received a little over a $1000 per day. I cannot remember
the exact figure. There was an opium divan situated on top of a hill
in Shaukiwan operated by Tsang Tze. I went there once in every 5 days.
I received about 100 per day. Another foki would go to various
opium divans in the Bay View area. I can give his name orally.
name is Kong Chi. I am not sure why these places gave squeeze money
but Yin Yiu alias Yin Tsai asked me to go there. After I collected
the money I would bring the money to Hung Fook Building, Block H on 7/F of Kam Ping Street. Several of our employees were there.

account with Hang Seng Bank North Point Branch. Sometimes he himself
would bank the money into his account and sometimes I would do it for
him. He would withdraw money himself. I have not withdrawn any money
from that account. I was present when he withdrew money from that
account. I would estimate roughly $340,000 to $350,000 would be
collected and brought to Hung Fook Building. Several of us stayed
at Hung Fook Building address. We had our meals there but I and
Yin Yu stayed overnight at this address once or twice every week.
Lam Yu Fan stayed there all the time. He was working there as a
cook and general messenger. Kong Chi also stayed there but he went home once every week. Yin Yiu assisted there every day. There is a telephone in Hung Fook Building. Sometimes people would call
from outside. Sometimes we gave information to stalls by use of this telephone. We would phone gambling stalls and opium stalls and gave them information by this telephone. (Mr. Hampton objects
