I do not wish to give my address orally. At present I am

as Yin

About 1956 or 1967 I came to know a person by name of Yin

Tsai. His surname is Yin, and he is commonly called by us

Tsai. I was running an off course betting stall on greyhounds

and horses and Yin Tsai was a profiteer and I came to know him

in Kowloon City. When I knew him he had an opium divan and gambling stall in the New Territories. He owns this stall with other persons.

From time I met him I saw him from time to time. In June 1971 he came to see me. I remember it was on or about 10/6/71 that he came to see

me and he told me something. I was unemployed in 1970. At the time when Yin Tsai cane to see me I was unemployed. meeting with Yin Tsai, I obtained employment.

but Chan Ming is the name of the owner. I am not sure of other people

connected with stall. I went there once every 5 days and on each

occasion I collected about $11,000 but I am not positive. I went to

other places to collect squeeze. The name of the owner was Kong Charn I do not remember the address but he is using the 369 Restaurant

as his establishment and this stall is commonly called the 369 stall.

I cannot even remember the street name where stall is. I went there

every day. I collected a little over $2000 a day but I cannot tell

the figure offhand. I went to Shaukiwan to collect money as well.

I went to the wooden huts in Shaukiwan area the name of one of the

stalls is named as Kit Shuk. It is a gambling stall situated in a
