at inspectorate level to carry out raids on vice establishments? This would be entirely a matter at discretion of Divisional Superintendent.
It is not envisaged in Police General Orders that Divisional Superintendents instruct Assistant Divisional Superintendents to instruct the inspectors?
Reference in 3.36 to Police General Orders 52.02. Within
framework of order it is not laid down that Assistant Divisional Superintendent would be responsible for training junior officers in matter of vice.

In essence Sub Divisional Inspector is officer-in-charge of Police Station, Uniformed Branch. Dutics are laid down in Headquarters Order 3/38.
