Mr. Sceats: Would not oppose

application for bil to be extended. Would not have thought it would impose any hardship on defendants to report in same manner as they attended during the last 4 weeks. Their families are not in Hong Kong.

Bail of both defendants extended on same terms to end of trial.

Defendants to report to ICAC office at 10 a.m. on days when they are not required to attend in Court.
