The 2nd accused admitted that it was only in this court and for the very first time that he admitted takin, IRUNG to a bab Lonse and to the lablan lestaurent and in the evening to the Harbour Hotel. He said it was possible that he forgot to mention these matters to the Commission of Sucuiry although he agreed that le vas closely questioned about that day in the Commission of Inquiry.
