Going back to CHAP's evidence regarding the looting at the Harbour Hotel, he said the 1st accused made a telephone call. He. edimussed the person at the other end of the line as amy” and asted for 20,000 to be brought to the Harbour Hotel. Subsequently a Chinese malo, brought the money which he handed to the let accused Who landed it to LIKE to count. Ater LEUNG had counted the honey he handed it to CHAN with instructions to give 5,000 to his mother and to put $5,000 in the bank. Then P.V. 6 said to CHAN, "You are boo Tomy and it is too late you might as well give me the money · first.“ 020 did as he was told. Then arrangements were discussed for the arrest of TRUNG and III Chung it was finally decided MUNG should be arrested in Hung Hon.

MUN bostified that the 1st accused also mentioned that TIX Chung should be arrested.
