If you are able to give me any guidance, perhaps you would also kindly indicate whether I can pass it on either to John Hobley (who would presumably wish to use it as ammunition with Geoffrey Briggs) or to Geoffrey himself, with or without attribution. The latter might not take kindly to being lectured by John Hobley or by me about the conduct of his judges, but he may raise the topic himself in conversa- tion with me, in which case I should be able to make a more sensible response with the benefit of your guidance.
