I, Thomas Feng-ming TUNG, solemnly make under oath the following statement which is the absolute truth and nothing but the truth:

Magistrate Lo Hing-shing maliciously created a great commotion of terrorism in order to frighten an innocent de- fendant into silence and submission. So a judgment without trial. (7) Magistrato lo Hing-shing allowed his broker and prosecution

to bring a group of Teddy-boys clapping hands loudly in the court-room in celebration of their victory to make the court look like an orchestra house.
