I, Thomas Feng-ming TUNG, solemnly make under oath the following statement which is the absolute truth and nothing but the truth:

Magistrate Lo Hing-shing maliciously created a great commotion of terrorism in order to frighten an innocent de- fendant into silence and submission. So a judgment without trial.
