..1. Please find enclosed an assortment of communications addressed
to the Governor. As the covering letter from Camilleri, at the Embassy in Islamabad, indicates, the package was handed to the Embassy at a curiously late date. May I leave it to you to pursue such investigations on Mr Afzal's allegation as you might think fit? I am copying the main letter to Derek March of the British Trade Commission and to Chris Roberts at the Department of Trade.
