I want to set out first a nurser of factors and would ask you in considering then to keep in mind that there is no credible evidence to corroborate Sqt. mar'a allegations as to why he was roverted in cant.

ZHAY on 4 February this year to tha Commissioner of Police and others it is clear that the allegation for part of an equally groundless allegation by his of a conspiracy to defeat the ends of justice on the part of the Police, the Legal Repartient, the Judiciary and the Colonial Secretariat between 1968 and 1974.
In June 1970,
