Pacific (Anglo-French Condominium)

Allairs how many Hong Kong police olheers have been employed in the Independent Commission against Corrup. bion ; what proportion this is of the total investigating complement ; and how many of these have served in the former Anti-Corruption Office of the Hong Kong Police Force,

Miss Jonu Lestor i Fifty-ong officers of the commission were formerly employed by the Royal Hong Kong Police Porco 'This is almost 17 per cent, of the total investigating complement of 301. Six- teen of the 31 had merved at one time or unother in the former Anti-Corruption Ollice.

Mr. Sillurs asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs how many acres of lund have been cleared as part of the Hong Kong Oov- ermont's revettlement programme; of these, how many have been sold by the Hong Kong Government; and what is the total value of these transactions over the past five-year period.

852 acres of the land at item 3 werd cleared in the past five years. In the same period 121 acres were sold for private development for about HK$1,500 million; but this included land not obtained through clearance.
