We take leave to draw your attention to the case of S of the Royal Hong Kong Police Force, who for justice single-handed against overwhelming odds for the past nine years.

made reports about corruption within the police force and in the Police Training School years before the Godber case brought home to the Hong Kong public the seriousness of police corruption, and the fact that payoffs were demanded by superior officers before promotions or transfers were approved.
He alleges that he was reverted in rank from probationary inspector to corporal because he refused to go along with the practice of bribing senior officers. We feel that his reports about corruption to the Anti-Corruption Branch and to the General Investigation Office were not adequately investigated. On the contrary, attempts were made to discredit him, to depict him as a crackpot, even as mentally unbalanced. You may not be aware that

We feel that his allegations of abuses in the Police Training School, of falsification and destruction of documents and of a conspiracy to defeat the cause of justice have been largely ignored by the executive
