SUMMARY OFFENCES ORDINANCE (EXEMPTION FROM
SECTION 13) (NO. 2) ORDER 1977
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(4) of the Summary offences Ordinance, the Governor in
Council has made the following order:
Citation.
1. This order may be cited as the Summary Offences Ordinance (Exemption from Section 13)(No. 2)
Order 1977.
Exemption from
section 13. (Cap. 228.)
2.
Section 13 of the Ordinance shall not apply
to any remedial construction works within the area
at sau Mau Ping Public Housing Estate between Sau Ming
Road and Blocks 9A, 15A and 17A of that Public Housing
Estate during the period from 29th April 1977 to
28th June 1977.
