(b)
in the case of a second or
subsequent offence, to a
fine of $2,000 and to
imprisonment for 6 months.
(c) in paragraph (2) by deleting sub-paragraph
(e); and
(d) by inserting after paragraph (2) the
following new paragraph
"(3) Any person who without the permission of the Director or of an, authorized person sells or distributes
anything, or offers anything for sale or
hire, or makes any offer of services
within the airport, shall be guilty of
an offence and shall be liable -
(a)
in the case of a first offence,
to a fine of $1,000; and
