domestic premises means, in relation

to the occupier thereof, premises

which are his usual or habitual

dvelling place and are cither used

or occupied by him for dwelling

purposes only, or partly for

dwelling purposes and partly

for business purposcs;

powered mechanical equipment" means any

machine or device driven by

electrical, chemical or thermal

energy including energy transmitted

by compressed air, steam or hydraulic

means a principal function of which

is to produce mechanical movement;";

and

(e) by deleting subsection (8).

Addition of new section

38.

4. The principal Ordinance is amended by adding

after section 37 the folloving new section ..

"Power of Governor

to give directions.

33. (1) The Governor may give

such directions as he thinks fit, either

generally or in any particular case, to

the Director of Public Works for the

purposes of section 13.
