The northern portal area located between the northern
portal of the existing Beacon Hill Tunnel and the Sha Tin
Treatment Works, the area of the proposed tunnel commencing
from the northern portal thereof extending southwards up
to the southern portal thereof and the area of the
southern portal of the proposed tunnel located to the west
of the southern portal of the existing Beacon Hill Tunnel,
which areas are more particularly delineated in drawings
Nos. RT1400, RT1401 and RT1402 deposited in the Civil
Engineering Office of the Public Works Department.

Explanatory Note
This order exempts the tunnelling operations
within the scheduled areas from the prohibitions and
restrictions contained in section 13 of the Ordinance.
