5. Rent Allowance
Allowance not exceeding $1,000 a month for each house allocated to cover any period between removal and the house becoming available.
NOTE
A villager is a person descended in the male line from a resident of a recognised village of the New Territories in 1898.
Part II Amended Standard
Post-war New Grant Lots with house in excess of 8,720 cubic feet
Additional payment over entitlement in Part I for each cubic foot in excess of 8,720 cubic feet at current building rates subject to a maximum of 8,780 cubic feet.
