limit to be specified in the tender documents) to nominated buyers on the condition that they would additionally meet, from their own resources, man gement expenses. Flats for which nominated buyers could not be found would be sold to The Colonial Treasurer Incorporated for immediate re-sale.
Consultation
19.
We have taken the opportunity to macet with the office bearers of the Real Estate Developers Association on an informal basis. The purpose of the meeting was to seck any additional views1 they may have formulated on the scope for entering into joint ventures and their reactions to the procedure outlined in paragraph 16 above. Their views are recorded in the notes of a meeting at Annex 4.
Recommendations
20.
We RECOMMEND
(a)
(b)
that the Governor in Council be asked to direct that the experiment proposed in this report should proceed;
that the three sites listed in paragraph 15 be reserved for the purposes of the experiment;
(c) that the Working Group should work
out, in draft, a detailed tender procedure with tender documents; and
(a)
that the Working Group should report back to the Working Party on (c) within six months.
