Return on Hong Kong Government 's contribution (operative from 1st April 1977 only)
The amount paid notionally to Hong Kong Government and reinvested in the Housing Authority in respect of a return of about 2% on Hong Kong Government's contribution (excluding land values) i.e. on the base consisting of items 1, 4 and 5 and also the amount of cumulative return due up to the year previous to that for which the current accounts are being produced.
