That your Humble Petitioner now humbly submits
the following documents (in photostatic copies):-
(a) a letter dated 18th day of April 1975 written
by the Deputy Registrar of Marriages of the Marriage Registry,
Registrar General's Department (City Hall) Hong Kong certifying
that your Humble Petitioner has no record of marriage having
taken place between him and other person (in Hong Kong) during
the period from 15-9-1945 to 18-4-1975;
(b) his employment certificate together with copies
of Inland Revenue Department assessment papers (two copies)
in respect of your Humble Petitioner's name;

(c) his Vietnamese marriage certificate together with
certified translation in English language annexed hereto as
exhabits for His Excellency the Governor-in-Council's kind
perusal and inspection.
