RESPECTFULLY SHEWETH as follows :

Your Petitioner is a Chinese, now aged 40 years and
holder of Hong Kong Identity Card No.B674542.

In April 1975, Your Petitioner went to Saigon,
Vietnam. There and then, he was married with
Vietnamese
lady by the name of "HUYNH NGOC" (hereinafter referred to
as "Your Petitioner's wife") and Your Petitioner and his
wife have registered their marriage on the 10th day of April
1975. However, due to the fast deteriorating condition of

war in Vietnam at that time and the functioning of all
government offices thereof were thus run down and the marriage
certificate of Your Petitioner's marriage was therefore not
issued immediately after their registration.

After marriage, Your Petitioner could not stay in
Saigon any longer with his wife due to the limit of his
holiday leave and also taking into consideration of the war
