The expression 'United Kingdom nationals for European Community purposes' is not defined in current nationality law it includes persons who;
a)
have a national status at 2(b), (c), (d) or (e) above and have the right of abode in the United Kingdom and are therefore exempt from United Kingdom immigration control;
b)
are citizens of the United Kingdom and Colonies by birth or by registration or naturalisation in Gibraltar, or whose fathers were so born, registered or naturalised.
