Since finalizing this submission and brief I have learned that there may be difficulties with regard to the timing of the appointment on 8 June, stemming from the Minister's wish to see the Sultan of Brunei on the same afternoon. But I understand that Mr Bacon will liaise with the department that morning and we will, if necessary, arrange a new time for the visitors to call.
