Mr Roger Sims (Bromley, Chislehurst): To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what are the plan of the Hong Kong Government in terms of expenditure and expansion of the fulletime student population for Hong Kong's three institutions of higher education; and how this figure for full-time student population will compare with today and with 10 years ago.
It is planned to increase total gross expenditure on the three institutes of higher education from HK$ 301,712,000 in 1976/77 to HK$406,500,000 in 1980/81.
