and therefore the aforesaid trend should be well aware by the Govern- ment in advance with step by step adjustment. We opine that the present difficulty plus the surplus teaching staff are in consequence by the Government's ignorance as well as ill-management, The wastage of professional staff and moreover, the wastage of tax-money (30,000,000 of which the Government claimed) should be questioned by taxpayers
of Hong Kong.
The dispersion, which contradicted to Government's usual policy, directly affects the whole of 20,000 of government and aided school teachers, as well as the whole of 110,000 civil servant. We thereby call for Joint force from the whole of civil service, the whole of civil service, the whole of educational staff, and the whole of relevant union bodies and their menbers, for justification and professional rights of which we all deserved.
