2. To support the seven (7) point declaration of
the GSNGTU (HK) on the matter of dispersion, dated 10 July 1977;
3. That the Hong Kong Government be reminded of
I.L.O. Convention 98; and asked to rectify the present situation by immediate and direct negotiations with the Government School Non- Graduate Teachers Union (HK) on the aforesaid matters.
