to uphold the objection, and it was subsequently withdrawn in

view of the amendment to the Note on plot ratio.

Objection V- Jardines Property Department, owners of 4 Severn Road,

4/6 Pollocks Path, 32 & 36 Plantation Road,

4 Plunkett's Road, 5/7 Bluff Path, 83/95 Peak Road,

and 35 Mount Kellett Road

The objectors objected to the 0.5 plot ratio restriction

on the grounds that it reduced the redevelopment potential of the

lots and therefore their value. The objection was not upheld but

was withdrawn in view of the amendment to the Note on plot ratio.

Objection W

Philip K.H. Wong on behalf of the owner of R.B.L. 660, 46 Magazine Gap Road

The objector objected to 0.5 plot ratio and also contended

that his site was within the City of Victoria. However, it was confirmed that the lot is outside the Victoria City Boundary and

the Board accordingly agreed not to uphold this part of the

objection. The objection was not withdrawn.
