No difficulty is envisaged in meeting the future requirement for services and public utilities for the estimated population on full development.

The population of the area in 1961 (Census) was 5,000 persons. The population at March 1971 (Census) was 7,000 persons. The population on full development is estimated to reach a figure of 9,900 persons.
