(b) The site of the Dairy Farm Supermarket to be
rezoned to commercial/residential, and, since this would be the only commercial/residential zone on the plan, a new note with similar effect to that qualifying residential zones to be added.
A schedule of these amendments is at Annex D. The schedule of objections not withdrawn is at Annex E.

Plan LH 14/20A, incorporating the above amendments, was published under section 7 of the Town Planning Ordinance on 22nd August 1975. A copy of the Peak Outline Zoning Plan LH 14/20A is at Annex F. One cbjection was received during the three weeks statutory period but it proved to be invalid.

The draft Peak Area Outline Zoning Plan No LH 14/21 is accordingly submitted under section 8 of the Town Planning Ordinance.

Honourable Members will be asked to advise whether under section 9(1)(a) of the Town Planning Ordinance (Chapter 131), Plan G-H LH 14/21 and Explanatory statement at Annexes G and H should be
approved.
