Purpose

Progress Made & Present Position
(b) The Urban Council and the
Director of Urban Services are giving further considera- tion to the question of hawker control.
(c) Urban Council has decided
that there should be no additional HPAS. Existing HPAS to continue, with existing controls over their operation maintained.
