PROFESSOR TURNER'S INTERIM REPORT

We promised you a full account of the discussion of Professor Turner's report at the meeting of the Overseas Labour Consultative Committee on 29 April (FCO telegram no. 324 to Hong Kong). I now enclose the record of the meeting.
2. As you will have seen from my messages to Professor Turner, we are in touch with him about the timing of his visit to London to see the TUC.
