The series of reports produced by your colleagues have proved to be extremely interesting and will continue to be very useful to us. We have not commented formally on Professor Yerbury's Report and do not propose to do so at this late stage.

We agree

in general with her conclusions and she has made no very significant errors of fact to which we should draw your attention.

I am grateful for all the trouble you and your assistants have taken over these exercises and look forward to seeing you again when you are next in Hong Kong.
