For your own information, we found that when the parcels were opened a substantial part of them comprised books, personal papers and even photo-albums- and not graded working documents. In all the circumstances we thought it prudent to repack and send off as originally undertaken. They (20 packages) will all have left Hong Kong by today 28 October 1977.
