Income Tax Our instructions are that all earnings arc liable for tax deduction unless notification is recewed from the Inland Revenue, Cardiff to the contrary We also advise receivers of honorarium that if they have any enquiries about the tax deductions They should contact I.R: P.D.3. Cardiff.
National Insurance The Department of Health and Social Security ruling is that N.I. Contributions must be deducted, and that any overpayment in any one year will be refunded by them. If an officci piesents a Certificate from DHSS to advise that deductions should not be made we will not deduct, but the cnus is on the officer to present the Certificate.
