PROFESSOR TURNER'S STUDY CF LABOUR RELATIONS IN HONG KONG
1. I should be grateful if you would arrange for the enclosed letter to be delivered to Professor Turner at Sydney University.
2. He may already have left Sydney on a visit to Hong Kong. In case this is so, I have also sent a copy of the letter to him in Hong Kong. However, the letter enclosed is the formal letter of appointment and he should have it on his return.
