Dear Mr Handy
I wrote to you on 11 August and 6 October 1976 about the repayment of the sum of £1,520 which you owe this Ministry. I have also spoken to you about it on the telephone.
2.
As we agreed when I last spoke to you, it in imperative that you make immediate payment of that part of the mum which is not in dispute with the travel agents. We also need to know the position of your claim on the agents and, if possible, to have copies of the orrespondence. You should also let us have the addreen of the agents.
3.
It is most unsatisfactory that this matter has remained outstanding for so long, and I must ask you to take urgent steps to resolve it.
Yours sincerely
