Professor Turner wishes the following amendments to be made
to the 'corrected version' of his review:

(i) Para.39 on page 28: redesignate "39(a)". (There is
also a para.39 on page 27).

Para.39(a) on page 28: line 4: insert "is" between "this" and "for".
Para.53 on page 36: line 9: insert "in" between "But" and "this".
(iv) Para.54 on page 41: final line: insert "in" between
provided" and "their".
(v) Para.59 on page 44 : line 9L "in" should read "inside".
Para.62 on page 46: in line 3 delete "these".

Para.65(a) on page 49: in the final line "we" should read "be".
(viii) Para.65(c) on page 50: in line 4 "obstentatious" should
read "ostentatious".
(ix)
Para.72(1) on page 53 : in the final line insert an asterisk after "consideration."
Writing this minute has revealed other errors in paragraph numbering:

(i) There are two paragraphs 50 vide pages 34 and 35.
(ii) After para.59 on page 39, the next para. on page 40
reverts to "53".
Another complaint by "rofessor Turner concerned his HK Chinese typist!

Whilst not strictly relevant to this minute, I must add that Professor Turner has left a copy of his review with Mr Ian Price, the Commissioner for Labour in Hong Kong.
