TURNER REVIEW
1.
Professor Turner telephoned this afternoon and made the following 5 points:-
(i)He is leaving for Hong Kong on 13 February for Bangkok.
He arrives in Hong Kong by Cathay-Pacific Flight CX 702 at about 2030 hours on 16 February.
Would you let Hong Kong know this.

He would like you to send him a faired copy of his review as soon at it is received from Southport.
He left a pile of books and papers for Dr Fosh to sort out. She will send us a package for despatch to Professor Turner by bag to be addressed to the Consulate- General at Sydney and not to the High Commission at Canberra.
(iv) ODM has not yet paid any money to Professor Turner or hawarin Dr Fosh.

Turner drew attention to the clause in his contract which says that final payment must be made within 28 days of delivering his review.
(v) Professor Turner and Dr Fosh are preparing a statement
of additional incidental expenditure which they will send to us in the hope that we can meet it.
