1. We should be glad to know whether any progress has been made towards amendment of the Factories and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance in order to meet the requirements of
Convention No 5.
2. Your Article 22 report for 1974-76 on Convention 5 has been sent forward to the ILO but it would be helpful to the Committee of Experts and would probably avoid a further Observation if we were able to tell them that the necessary legislative amendment had now been made.
