to a letter from the Overseas Labour Adviser to Social Services Branch (ref: LAG 121/2 dated 1st June 1977) in which Mr. Willcocks asked that correspondence from Hong Kong on International Labour Organisation matters should be addressed to the Overseas Labour Adviser's Department, and not to the Hong Kong Department.
