Application of ILO Conventions
Thank you for your letter of 11 November
1977. This must have crossed with our letter of 4 November to John Stewart in which we outlined progress on the application of International Labour Conventions both in respect of the 1977 programme and the 1978 programme. In case our letter has gone astray, I attach herewith another copy.
As regards Convention No. 101, a proposed improved declaration together with a trial report was sent to the Overseas Labour Adviser's Office on 17 November 1977.
