Hong Kong: MP's Letter: Mr William Rodgers MP
The Secretary of State has sent off the letter to Mr Rodgers. He included the amendments suggested by Mr Lipsey. He also commented:
"I cannot say that I am very happy about this. What
are we doing about increasing the fines for employing children? Can I have a follow-up report on tougher action which might be taken."
