Thank you for your letter of 29 July and reminder of 26 August. Ι apologise for the delay in reply.

None of the four protocols mentioned above has yet been ratified by HIMG.
The present position is that Ministers have approved the introduction of legislation for the next session to enable the UK to ratify all four protocols.
