1. 3. CPA'S POSITION IS BETTER BECAUSE OF THEIR INTERMEDIATE AND BEYOND POINTS. THEY CARRIED APPROX 20,000 ONE WAY PAX BETWEEN HKG JKT IN Y.E. JULY 77. THEY ARE NOW PROPOSING TO MOUNT 2464 SEATS PER WEEK. ALLOWING THAT ONLY 40 PER CENT OF THIS CAPACITY IS APPLIED TO THIRD/FOURTH TRAFFIC (CPA LETTER OF 8 JUNE) THIS EQUATES TO APPROX 1000 SEATS P.W. 3/4TH, A SEAT FACTOR OF 40 PER CENT.
4. THE ABOVE FIGURES TAKE NO ACCOUNT OF GROWTH, NEITHER DO THEY TAKE ACCOUNT OF THE FACT THAT THAI INTERNATIONAL MAY COME MORE
