In his letter of 5 March to John Stewart on this subject Alan Donald mentioned the working Party set ur, presumably at the end of last year, to rerort upon the implications of the possible enforcement of the Airport (Control of Cbstructions) Crdinance in respect of the over height buildings in the walled City. I write now to ask what progress this Committee is making, or indeed what action is now being taken on the ground, to enforce the Ordinance.
