Her Majesty's Principal Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs presents his compliments
to His Excellency the Portuguese Ambassador and has the honour to refer to his Embassy's memorandum of the 18th of November 1976 concerning the proposal by the
Government of Macao to build an international airport.
The Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth
Affairs wishes to inform His Excellency the Portuguese
Ambassador that his Embassy's memorandum is being given
careful consideration and that a reply will be sent to
it in due course.
The Secretary of State avails himself of this opportunity to renew to His Excellency the assurances of his highest consideration.
